Gabriel Oladipo

Kim

A swan dive

In the shallow

End of some

Stranger’s new pool?

This is sort of like that.

Your voice.

How you were

Popular in high school.

How my lips

Twitch when I

See you like

Some caught fox.

A deer in a lake.

A young flying bird.

If I could be more specific

I wouldn’t be doing this.

I’d be sleeping

And content to sleep

Near a horizon

Of my own making.
